Sejal Makheja is a member of Generation Z and founder of the poverty alleviation organization, The Elevator Project. A high school student at The Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland, Sejal is committed to helping others uncover their inner superpowers. Believing that “people helping people” is the solution to all the world’s most complex problems, Sejal has written this book to help all youth become empowered, independent individuals that recognize and tap into their unlimited potential. 

Sejal has applied her "superpowers" to become a successful social entrepreneur as well as a budding business leader. Her nonprofit work has been featured in The Atlantic, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, and more. She's also had the opportunity to share her expertise frequently at various leadership conferences and summits.
